  • What is a Physiotherapist?

A Physiotherapist is an expert in diagnosing and treating conditions of the musculoskeletal system (bone, joints and muscles) and sports injuries. All the Alpha Physiotherapists have a minimum of a BSc Hons degree and have taken extensive post-graduate training to work at the level they do.

  • Do I need a referral from my GP to see you?

No - you can self-refer to us without seeing your GP or Consultant. You can enquire about cost and availbility here.

  • What should I bring?

Any medical reports or information that is relevant to your complaint.

  • Do you accept card payments?

Yes we do! We can also take payment by cash or BACS transfer.

  • Can I use my private health insurance?

We ask all of our clients to pay upfront for their sessions and will be happy to provide the necessary receipts / invoices for you to pass onto your insurance company.

  • What are your opening hours?

We work flexible hours – please contact us if you wish to speak to us.
