Physio Led Pilates Classes
Our small group Pilates classes are led by physiotherapists, giving you expert guidance in a supportive environment. Designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build confidence in your body, they offer more than a generic exercise class.
Classes are on Tuesdays at 13:30 and 18:15, and Thursdays at 10:00 and 11:15.
Membership also includes access to Alpha Pilates Online, so you can keep progressing at home, in your own time.

Need more flexibility?
Our On-Demand Pilates library gives you access to therapist-led classes you can do at home, whenever it suits you.
It is included with our in-person Pilates membership, and is also available as an online-only membership for those who want the benefits of Pilates without attending a weekly class in person.
Movement is medicine
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance and control.
At Alpha Physiotherapy, our Pilates classes are designed to help you move with greater confidence and consistency, whether you are looking to stay active, manage recurring aches and pains, or simply look after your body more effectively.
Because our classes are physiotherapist-led, they offer more than exercise alone. You benefit from expert understanding of how the body moves, what it needs, and how to adapt movements appropriately.
If you:
- Want to improve strength, mobility and flexibility
- Would like to keep aches and pains under better control
- Want to stay active in a safe and supportive setting
- Are post-partum and are looking to rebuild confidence and core strength
- Enjoy exercising in a small group environment
- Want expert-led guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all class
….then our Pilates classes are just for you!
Joining a physiotherapist-led Pilates class means your instructor brings both Pilates training and clinical knowledge to every session.
That allows us to deliver classes that are thoughtful, well-guided and appropriate for the people in the room, rather than simply working through a standard routine.
We also keep our class sizes small, so there is time for closer attention, clearer guidance and a better overall experience.
Our in-person Pilates membership runs across 48 weeks of the year and can be paid monthly or annually. It also includes full access to our On-Demand Pilates library, so you can fit extra sessions around your week whenever it suits you.
Pilates On-Demand
Would you love to do Pilates but don’t have the time or schedule for a weekly class?
We offer an online-only membership which gives you access to our On-Demand website, so you can take a Pilates class wherever and whenever you like!
The pre-recorded classes are varied in their content and range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes, giving you the option of doing a quick stretch before starting your day, or a full top-to-toe strength and flexibility class for an hour when you have more time.
This is a great option for you if:
- Your life or work schedule dictates that you can’t attend a regular weekly class
- You want to have the flexibility of doing a class when suits you
- You don’t live locally to us in Martlesham!
The classes are filmed by our therapists who combine their knowledge of the human body with their Pilates training to give you a valuable class with real benefit.
