Timandra Howell
Timandra joined Alpha Physiotherapy in January 2022 and is the first friendly face you see when coming through our door! She has a wealth of experience in customer service and education, having spent 16 years working in schools and pupil referral units before a change of career.
Timandra is the person who will help you with all your queries and support you at the start of, and throughout, your journey with Alpha Physio.
Timandra volunteers for a local pop-up shop and a charity which supports young people with their mental health and wellbeing. She has lived in the local area for 16 years and is well-known and liked in the community.
She really enjoys being outside in the fresh air, so her and her family often participate in outdoor activities and walking. She also enjoys paper-crafting, cooking and you will regularly catch Timandra having an early morning swim before work at Martlesham leisure.
