Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that improves strength, flexibility, posture and balance.
Joseph Pilates developed the exercise in the 1920s and since then it has evolved to bring its
therapeutic benefit to all ranges of people in the general population and sporting worlds.

Joining a therapist-led Pilates class allows your teacher to combine their Pilates training with their clinical expertise to bring a class which is tailored to the participants and of maximum benefit to each person. We also keep our class numbers low to allow for close attention.
Our classes run 48 weeks of the year as a membership, paid monthly or annually. The in-person Pilates class membership also includes full access to our On-Demand Pilates website, where you can take extra Pilates classes whenever you like! Pilates On-Demand
Would you love to do Pilates but don’t have the time or schedule for a weekly class?
We offer an online-only membership which gives you access to our On-Demand website, so you can take a Pilates class wherever and whenever you like!
The pre-recorded classes are varied in their content and range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes, giving you the option of doing a quick stretch before starting your day, or a full top-to-toe strength and flexibility class for an hour when you have more time.
This is a great option for you if:
- Your life or work schedule dictates that you can’t attend a regular weekly class
- You want to have the flexibility of doing a class when suits you
- You don’t live locally to us in Martlesham!
The classes are filmed by our therapists who combine their knowledge of the human body with their Pilates training to give you a valuable class with real benefit.
