Every year, Pilates lovers around the world join in a month-long celebration of Pilates: one day at a time, one movement at a time.

What is Pilates?

A low impact form of exercise to work on strength, coordination and flexibility and is widely used in rehabilitation.

Why choose us for your Pilates journey?

  • Our Pilates classes are led by Physiotherapists who have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and movement

  • Classes are small to allow for individual attention and tailoring the class to the participants

  • Over a decade’s experience in teaching Pilates

  • No experience necessary – suitable for all abilities

  • 1:1 appointment offered prior to enrolling on a course

  • Classes run in blocks so no disruption from new-joiners mid-course

Have you:

  • Been recommended to do Pilates by your Doctor or other health professional?

  • Seen or heard how good Pilates is at helping people recover from problems such as back pain, neck pain, knee and shoulder pain, posture-related problems, post-surgical interventions and post-partum?

  • Decided that a low-impact form of exercise is for you to keep flexible and strong, or to keep you performing well at your sport?
