Are your aches and pains holding you back from living the life you want?
Or are those niggles not going away like you keep thinking they will?
Is the pain interfering with your ability to do your job to the best of your ability?
Are you concerned that your problem is going to get worse and want to know how best to manage it going forwards?
At Alpha Physiotherapy, we care about you. Our vision is to help everyone to live active and healthy lives, free from pain and in control of their future. This will mean different things to different people, and we have the expertise and passion to guide you along your individual path.
An active life may mean to you playing with your grandchildren or completing a full day’s work without reliance on painkillers. Or it may mean playing squash twice a week and golf at the weekends. We want you to be able to do the things you love, without the fear of pain interfering or having to repeatedly reach for the painkillers.
We also want you to feel in control of your own life and have the confidence and ability to move forwards, not in a never-ending cycle of good and bad times. Therefore, we ensure that the root cause of your problem is addressed, rather than treating the immediate symptoms to achieve a “quick-fix”.
We offer you a thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis, then explain to you what the cause of your symptoms are. Treatment commences immediately to start making improvements, but we also formulate and implement a long-term plan to get you better and stay better.
Some of what we can treat:
- Back pain
- Neck pain and headaches
- Shoulder problems, including frozen shoulder
- Hip pain
- Knee pain
- Ankle and foot pain
- Pre and post-operative rehabilitation
- Pregnancy related and post-partum back/pelvis pain
This is not an exhaustive list; if you don’t see your problem there, or if you are not sure whether Physiotherapy is the right thing for you, please get in touch.
