Jimmy specialises in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has many years of experience in Professional Football, Olympic and Pro Sport – where he directed the development, treatment and rehabilitation of players and athletes.
Having previously worked as a Specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS and private practice, Jimmy developed a keen interest in the assessment and treatment of back, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle problems.
Jimmy was previously Head of Sports Science and Medicine at Ipswich Town Football Club. He was lead clinician in charge of all Physiotherapy, medical and performance support services (Sports Science, Psychology, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition) for the Academy, and developed the program that was ranked in the top 5 in the country.
Jimmy has had the pleasure of working alongside some of Europe’s leading Orthopaedic surgeons and has a proven track record of providing expert care and rehabilitation that not only returns the person to their respective sports, but also prevents further injuries. He currently works with Olympic and professional athletes.
Jimmy is an expert in the rehabilitation of ACL reconstructions and has a proven track record in successfully returning athletes to their sports, including those who have not had a good outcome in their previous rehabilitation.
Jimmy likes to consider himself something of a coffee connoisseur and enjoys spending his precious spare time with his young family.
