Lyndsey Reynolds
Lyndsey is a specialist Physiotherapist and has extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector which includes:
- Physiotherapy for adults, children and babies
- Sports injuries
- Acupuncture
- Clinical Pilates
- Physiotherapy for dancers
Lyndsey’s expertise lies in musculoskeletal (muscle and joints) physiotherapy, and she enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients of all ages. She does however have a keen interest in lower limb problems, spinal pain and tendon complaints.
Lyndsey previously worked in the NHS as an extended scope Physiotherapist in Paediatric Orthopaedics where she treated children with a range of congenital (from birth) and growth-related problems on behalf of the Paediatric Orthopaedic Consultant.
Lyndsey’s post-graduate qualifications include a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Physiotherapy, acupuncture, injection therapy and advanced Pilates training for both adults, children.
She set up the Pilates service at Alpha Physiotherapy and is keen to bring this wonderful form of exercise to as many people as possible!
When Lyndsey is not working, she enjoys being a Mum to her two young children and living an active lifestyle. She attends adult ballet and tap classes which complement her Pilates teaching. She also loves reading many genres of books and travelling the world.
