This diverse role blends front-desk client care with responsibilities in marketing, sales, and event management, all aimed at helping our clinic grow and fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will take on two primary functions: client care and operational support. As the first point of contact for patients, you will manage front-desk operations with a welcoming, customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience for all. Additionally, you will support the management team with marketing, operational tasks, and event coordination to enhance our reach and patient loyalty.

Key Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Confidence in speaking with clients both in-person and over the phone, with strong organisational skills and initiative to handle inquiries and schedule priorities efficiently.
• Comfort with discussing service costs and handling payments, as financial conversations are an integral part of client interactions at our private clinic.
